The following needs to be improved: - my tutor needs to do an audit on the tutor, coz not all tutor's claimed is true eg she taught bm, but her teaching style is not suitable for some students eg giving the question and answer technique for student to rewrite - timing of tutor, she came late one time but get off early once i am back fr work, whilst my son still do his task - tutor ordered food while teaching (not eating but its not appropriate for tutor to hv a quick break to order food while teaching) - tutor sought for permission to take some of the snack on the table - it is fine for me but this should be done after class ,not during class and even worst during fasting month - tutor didnt speak bahasa msia well but taught bahasa malaysia. She is supported to find the student blindspot in the subject knowing that the class that we took was an intensive of 4 days - tutor did not mention that she bought books and exercise books worth of rm110 prior to starting class. She claimed after the first class done. This shud be consulted b4 class to avoid waste of books. But this is sorted as the books shared were quite good. - the professionalism of tutor needs to be checked. Tidiness and proper and looks confident will make the student happy - Tutor shouldnt interrupt when student gives ideas,too talkative and speaks unnecessarily makes the student uncomfortable and annoying Overall: I am not satisfied with the tutor teaching bahasa msia..i dont see any improvement and the teaching technique is totally off. I hope my tutor can check and do a survey assessment on your tutor after complete the first 2 sessions and after finish whole sessions. - payment should be made after the session complete rather than paid upfront. - I am totally dissappointed! I give 2 out of 5 rating.
