About Me

I am Sobaan Raj. Students can call me Sir Raj. I have pursed my degree on Bachelors of Economics specialized in Applied Statistics at Universiti Malaya. I have been in this tutoring field for the past 3 years. I can teach mathematics for secondary level and pre university students. I can teach in English and Malay languages.

Teaching Method(s)

In my tutoring experience for the past 3 years, I have conducted personal home classes and group classes at tuition center. Before I jump on the topics, I will give a little introduction about the topic and why students need to learn the topic. I will revise the basics that needed to be understand for the topic. Mainly, I will teach the students every possible techniques that can be used to solve the questions. Instead of giving students all the answers for the question, I encourage the students try to do questions by their own understanding after I teach them how to do it and the mistakes they made in answer steps will discussed. I am strongly emphasis the students to do the homework and I believe the homework will sharpen the understanding for the topic.
