I am a student currently pursuing a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). I plan to implement the teaching knowledge I have learned into the tutoring sessions. I have been fond of English since primary school, and I believe it can be a fun subject for everyone. As a shy pupil in the past, I can relate to students who lack the confidence to confront their teachers in class. Hence, I aim to create a welcoming environment where pupils feel comfortable opening up and able to discover their potentials further.

Teaching Method(s)
I would help pupils achieve their academic goals, ranging from better comprehension of particular topics to assisting them with their homework. I Iove the idea of being a "study buddy" and an approachable mentor for the pupils instead of just another stoic teacher from their school. "Scaffolding" is one of the approaches I will use to guide the pupils while gradually giving them independence in accomplishing tasks. Other methods will be varied according to each pupil's ability and performance.
