In online settings, I’ve found that using tools like Zoom and Kahoot helps make lessons interactive and fun, while pre-recorded videos and discussion boards offer flexibility for students to learn at their own pace. Clear communication, personalized feedback, and incorporating games or quizzes help maintain motivation and involvement. In physical classrooms, I use hands-on activities, group work, and class discussions to make learning more dynamic and engaging. I also tailor my approach to each student's needs and provide real-time feedback to ensure understanding.
