From my point of view, being an effective tutor requires understanding the student's needs through assessments, tailoring lesson plans to their learning style, using interactive and engaging teaching methods, incorporating visual aids and technology, providing regular practice with constructive feedback, and showing patience and empathy to foster a positive learning environment.
