I am a passionate and dedicated mathematics educator with a Sarjana Muda Pendidikan Sains (Kepujian) Matematik from UiTM Puncak Alam. I have experience teaching both lower and upper secondary students, particularly Forms 1 and 2, managing classrooms of up to 40 students. My teaching style emphasizes clarity, engagement, and student understanding, especially in areas such as algebra, graph interpretation, and problem-solving. I believe in creating a supportive learning environment that builds student confidence and encourages active participation. With a strong foundation in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective communication, I am committed to helping students achieve academic success in mathematics.
Teaching Method(s)
In an online teaching setting, I focus on making mathematics engaging and practice-oriented. I believe that mathematics is best learned through consistent practice, so I make full use of exercises from textbooks and exercise books. I scan and compile selected exercises into PDF format and share them with students during lessons. This allows us to work through problems together in real-time while discussing strategies and solutions. I guide students step-by-step and encourage them to solve problems alongside me to reinforce their understanding. This method ensures active participation, promotes independent thinking, and helps students develop confidence in solving mathematical problems.
