My nickname is Kausalya, but my students usually call me Ms. Kausi.
I have around 3 years of teaching experience, working with students of different levels and backgrounds.
I teach both primary and secondary school students, depending on their learning needs.
My main subjects are English, Mathematics, Science, Bahasa Malaysia, Sejarah and Geographic.
In addition to my main subjects, I also teach Accounting and Perniagaan when needed.
I have strong skills in student motivation, creative lesson planning, and individualized learning support. I also use interactive and fun teaching methods to help students understand better.
My greatest achievement is helping struggling students improve their confidence and grades significantly, especially those who used to dislike studying. Seeing their progress and happiness is the most rewarding part of my work.

Teaching Method(s)
I use a variety of engaging techniques such as interactive games, storytelling, visual aids, and real-life examples to make lessons more enjoyable and easier to understand. I also include short quizzes, and digital learning tools to keep students motivated and active in class.
I believe in a student-centered approach, where I adjust my teaching style according to each student’s learning pace and ability. I always check for understanding by asking questions, giving practice exercises, and encouraging students to explain concepts in their own words. This helps me identify any weak areas and give extra support when needed.
I teach students effective study habits, exam strategies, and time management skills. I also train them on how to analyze questions carefully, highlight key points, and organize answers clearly. Regular revision and targeted practice on past exam papers are also part of my strategy to help students achieve excellent results.
