I'm currently on my third semester of MBA at UiTM Shah Alam and working as Lecturer at Ampang.

In the classroom, I use a student-centred and interactive approach to ensure my lessons are both engaging and effective. I believe in making learning enjoyable while still aligned with the intended learning outcomes.
Some of the techniques I often use include:
Active Learning – I involve students through activities such as discussions, brainstorming, and real-life case studies to help them apply concepts, not just memorise them.
Visual Aids & Digital Tools – I utilise slides, infographics, short videos, and tools like Canva or Kahoot to make the content more visually engaging and easier to understand.
Scaffolded Learning – I guide students step-by-step, especially for complex topics. I simplify first, then gradually move towards deeper analysis and application.
Formative Assessments – I check for understanding regularly through quizzes, reflections, and short exercises during class. This helps me adjust my teaching in real-time.
Relatable Examples – I link theoretical concepts to current events, daily life, or trending topics so students can see how the knowledge applies in the real world.
Supportive & Safe Environment – I encourage students to ask questions, make mistakes, and express themselves. I focus on building their confidence, especially if they are shy or struggling.
I'm also continuously improving my teaching by attending training, getting feedback from students, and reflecting on my lessons.
