I'm a dedicated high school English teacher with 18 years of experience in secondary education, specializing in SPM and UEC curricula. Holding a Master in Education. I'm passionate about helping students develop strong language skills and critical thinking abilities.
In addition to teaching, I actively engaged in education research, focusing on innovative teaching approaches such as Project Based Learning( PBL ). I believe in creating dynamic and students centered learning environments that enchance engagements and academic success.

My Approach to Teaching English

As an English teacher with 18 years of experience, I strive to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment. My goal is to help students develop language proficiency, critical thinking skills, and confidence in using English effectively. I believe that learning a language should be interactive, meaningful, and relevant to real-world communication.

To achieve this, I use a variety of teaching methods. Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) is central to my approach, where students engage in discussions, presentations, debates, and role-playing to improve fluency. I also incorporate Project-Based Learning (PBL), allowing students to work on real-life tasks that enhance creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I practice differentiated instruction, adapting lessons to accommodate students’ different learning styles and abilities. Blended learning is another key strategy, integrating digital tools and online resources to make lessons more interactive and engaging.

Grammar is taught in context rather than through isolated drills, helping students understand how language functions in real communication. I also emphasize active learning strategies, such as think-pair-share, peer teaching, and problem-solving activities, to encourage deeper understanding and student participation. My classroom is designed to be a positive and supportive.
