Teaching Method(s)
As a fresh TESL graduate with practicum experience, I conducted structured and engaging lessons for students. My teaching approach included interactive activities, visual aids, and positive reinforcement to maintain student engagement. I applied methods like Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) for interaction, Task-Based Learning (TBL) for real-world application, and Total Physical Response (TPR) for younger learners to enhance vocabulary learning. Additionally, I used scaffolding to guide students step by step and differentiated instruction to cater to various learning styles and abilities. Regular assessments and constructive feedback ensured effective learning progress.
