I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). During my internship at Pantai Hospital Manjung, I gained valuable experience in the human resource department, where I was responsible for managing a variety of daily operational tasks. I am looking to channeling my passion for human resource to ensure department operations run smoothly and deliver maximum value to the organizations. Currently, I am further enhancing my skills as a part-time tutor. As for now, I am doing online and physical tuition, teaching primary school students Malay, English subjects and school homework.
Teaching Method(s)
For effective online tuition, I consider conducting live interactive sessions utilizing platforms like Zoom or Google Meet for real-time interaction and tools like module, Wordwall, presentations for asynchronous learning and resource sharing. I will also prefer following a mix of lectures, discussions, and interactive activities. As it will help students to understand the topic more effectively. I will upload supplementary materials, such as PDFs, links, and presentations before the class scheduled. Provide immediate feedback to students during the session to address questions and misconceptions.
