I'm Mageswari (MJ). I'm excited to help students reach their full potential. I have completed my Diploma in General Management and am currently pursuing a degree in HR Management part-time at UTM Space. With 3 years of experience tutoring pre-school and primary school students, I specialize in Mathematics and English. My teaching approach is centered around understanding each student's learning level and tailoring lessons accordingly. I aim to make every lesson engaging, clear, and aligned with the individual needs of each student.
Teaching Method(s)
I implement PBD using a variety of teaching methods. These include differentiated instruction to cater to individual learning needs, active learning through group activities and discussions for real-time assessment, and project-based learning (PBL) to track long-term progress. I also emphasize collaborative learning to assess teamwork and communication, alongside inquiry-based learning to encourage critical thinking. Regular formative assessments provide ongoing feedback, and the flipped classroom model allows students to apply knowledge during class activities. These methods ensure continuous and holistic assessment of students' development.
