I am a fresh graduate with a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and a strong passion for education. I completed a four-month teaching practicum at a primary school last year, where I gained hands-on experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and engaging young learners in English language activities. I also hold a valid teaching permit, allowing me to contribute effectively in a school or class setting. I am passionate, committed, and eager to begin my teaching career, bringing creativity and commitment to every lesson.
Teaching Method(s)
I usually use the interactive lectures method where i would deliver a short lecture before assigning them with quizzes or breakout discussions to keep the student engaged. I also like to turn lesson into games to increase my students motivation and interest.
Another method that i prefer is the flipped classroom method where i would ask my student to study the lesson materials (worksheets, readings, video) before class and use the class time for discussions and problem-solving.
