I started my career as an Education Officer, Shareholder and Tutor in a private institute since 1998. I was incharge of the primary and secondary school management and teaching services under Darul Andalus Institute for three years. ( 1998 - 2001). I served as a Graduate Teacher ( DG 41) under the Ministry of Education for more than four years after completion of the Masters Degree Program. I graduated in the year of 2001 with outstanding results for the Masters in Educational Psychology program under University of Malaya. I ended up my service in a Government School as the Head of Islamic Education Unit. I started my career as a Lecturer under IIUM College ( IIC) in 2009. I was also a Lecturer under Taylor's University, Mahsa University College , Saito College, Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College, Consist College and Binary College. I have been lecturing in more than thirty Higher Learning Institutions ( Private and GLC ) and IIUM within sixteen years. The lecturing experiences that I'm having covers fifteen major areas and over sixty five subjects from foundation up to the degree level as well as the post graduate level. After becoming a Lecturer for five years, I was appointed as Senior Lecturer and Head of Centre
( "Dean" and Senate Member ) under Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College
( KLMUC). I was the Academic Manager and Lecturer under Consist College. I served as a full time Lecturer and Program Leader under Binary College in 2022. At the moment I'm still serving as a Part time Lecturer under Binary University and Binary College. I was appointed as a Part time Instructor under the Sejahtera Centre for Sustainability and Human of the International Islamic University Malaysia since March 2023 until now and I am promoted as a Main Instructor under this center. I had lectured three main subjects under the Sejahtera Centre for Sustainability and Humanity of IIUM for the Bachelor Degree Students. I started to serve as a Part time Lecturer under the Credited Co-Curricula Centre of the International Islamic University Malaysia since September 2023 until now. I manage to pursue the Doctor of Philosophy Program ( PhD ) under the Faculty of Education of IIUM since March 2023 specialising in Educational Psychology. I am playing my role as a Shareholder under University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering ( UNIMY) until now in collaboration with GASB. I was the Managing Director of Harriz Creative Consultant from 2022 until 2024. This company rendered services on Research and Training. I have been involved with various types of trainings. I was a Trainer under FMM Institute for more than three years. I rendered my service as a Trainer and Facilitator under Al Amin Edu Oasis since 2016 until the mid of 2023.I conducted training and lectures for Graduate Teachers under the Private Schools around the Klang Valley area in Malaysia. I rendered my service as a full time Counsellor under the International University College of Technology Twintech and Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College for more than three years. I served as a Senior Executive under an Academy owned by an NGO in 2016. I managed to perform as the Head of Strategic Co-ordination of NGOs Alliance in 2020. I had written articles on current issues for the Non - Government Organizations since 2021 until now and the articles are published in the websites of the organizations. I had also served as a Committee Member and Trainer for Qualitative Research Association of Malaysia (QRAM) . I obtained life membership under PERKAMA International Organization and Psychology Society of Malaysia ( PSIMA). - Harriz Zainal Abidin.

Teaching Method(s)
Inductive and Deductive Method will be used during the tutorial sessions. I will apply the Students and Materials oriented strategies. I'm constructive in teaching and used to apply the Behavioural theories in Teaching.
Teknik menarik dalam Pembelajaran yang saya gunakan ialah menunjukkan contoh atau model terkini untuk dilihat dan ditatapi oleh Pelajar daripada satu tahap ke satu tahap yang lebih untuk untuk memastikan peningkatan pemahaman dan penguasaan sesuatu topik.
Pendekatan Pembelajaran berunsurkan "Multiple Intelligences dan Kreativiti akan digunakan semasa Sesi Tuisyen.
Teknik dan Strategi Pemilihan Soalan Peperiksaan akan diajar kepada Pelajar agar Pelajar dapat Skor yang tinggi. Kaedah dan teknik menjawab sesuatu soalan juga akan didedahkan kepada Pelajar.
