I am a young and passionate English teacher, with a Bachelor's Degree in TESL. My students always come first—I prioritise their needs above all else. I consider myself a kind, patient, and understanding educator. Although I haven't been teaching for very long, I’ve gained nearly a year of experience. During my practicum, I taught secondary school students, and after completing it, I began teaching primary school students, which I continue to do to this day.
Teaching Method(s)
I prioritise engagement above all else. When students are engaged in my lessons, they are more likely to understand and retain what they’ve learned. That’s why my students are always ready to answer my questions—because I’m constantly on the lookout for someone to involve. I make sure to call on each of them in every lesson so that no one is left out.
I also encourage my students to speak only in English. If they don’t know how to express something, I give them time to translate on their own. For me, it’s perfectly fine not to know everything, as long as we make the effort to improve..
