My name is Deepa, and I am 20 years old. I am currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, having recently completed my Foundation in IT with a GPA of 3.75. Prior to this, I was in the science stream during secondary school and achieved 7 A's in my examinations. I also have work experience as a part-time teacher at Kumon, where I taught both Mathematics and English.
Teaching Method(s)
When teaching my students, I focus on making the lessons easy to understand by using simple language and clear explanations. I break down difficult topics into smaller parts and give examples to help them understand better. I also use practice questions to make sure they can apply what they’ve learned. If a student is struggling, I try different ways to explain the topic until they understand. Most importantly, I’m always patient and encourage them to ask questions.
