My nickname is Fatin. I don’t have any teaching experience as my academic background is in engineering. Currently, I’m working as a project engineer in the mechanical field. Although I haven’t taught before, I’m committed to doing my best to become a good educator. One of my greatest achievements was being entrusted as the person in charge of a glove machine project in Russia.

Although I don’t have formal teaching experience, I believe effective learning should be interactive and practical. If given the opportunity to teach, I would apply several engaging techniques such as:
1. Project-Based Learning – Connecting lessons to real-world situations so students can understand how knowledge is applied in daily life and careers.
2. Visual Learning and Demonstrations – Using images, videos, or 3D models (especially for technical subjects) to make abstract concepts easier to grasp.
3. Group Discussions and Collaborative Activities – Encouraging students to share ideas, discuss, and learn from one another.
4. Gamification – Making lessons more fun and motivating through interactive quizzes, group challenges, or reward-based activities.
5. Reflection and Feedback – Guiding students to reflect on what they’ve learned and providing space for feedback to improve the learning process.
