Hi, I’m Ms. Kalai, and I have 5 years of experience teaching tuition. I specialize in teaching Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, and Tamil to both primary and secondary school students. Teaching has always been my passion, and I enjoy helping students grow in both knowledge and confidence. One of my proudest achievements as a tutor was helping a struggling student improve from failing to scoring a B within just 6 months. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development, which has equipped me with strong communication and instructional skills to support student learning effectively.
Teaching Method(s)
I use a variety of interactive and engaging techniques in my teaching to make lessons enjoyable and effective. I tailor my approach based on each student’s learning style and needs. Whether teaching online or in person, I incorporate tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, quizzes, videos, and digital whiteboards to create a dynamic and productive learning environment. I believe in creating a fun, positive, and supportive space where students feel confident to ask questions and express themselves.
