Hello, my name is Aiman Syahmi but you can call me Aiman. I have three months teaching practicum experience and a month and a half experience as a substitute teacher. I teach English for secondary school. I understand that English can be challenging, especially for students who lack confidence — that’s why I focus on clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and lots of encouragement My goal is to help students not just do well in school, but to feel confident using English in real life too. I offer online lessons that are simple, effective, and tailored to each student’s needs. Let’s make English easier and more enjoyable — together!
Teaching Method(s)
During my practicum, I had the opportunity to teach students in a real school setting, plan lessons, and help learners with different levels of English proficiency. I have also conducted online tutoring sessions, where I guide students step-by-step and provide feedback tailored to their needs.
My lessons are:
- Structured – Based on the CEFR-aligned KSSM syllabus
- Interactive – I use slides, simple notes, quizzes, and fun tasks
- Flexible – I adapt to the student’s pace and preferred learning style
- Supportive – I always encourage questions and make sure students feel confident
