My name is Mani, and I am a recent graduate in Bachelor of Education (Hons) TESL from Universiti Selangor. I am passionate about teaching English as a second language and strongly believe that education should empower students to express themselves with confidence. Throughout my practicum experience at SMK Ideal Heights, I have developed an interest in creating interactive and student-centered lessons that engage learners of different proficiency levels.
As a teacher, I see myself as both a guide and a motivator. I aim to foster a supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to take risks and learn through collaboration. My teaching philosophy is shaped by the belief that every learner has unique strengths, and it is my responsibility to help them reach their potential.
