Hello. I'm known as Param. I have in about 2 years experience in teaching field as I'm a fresh graduate. I have taught both in primary and secondary schools. The subjects I mainly teach is English. I also do tuitions for Mathematics as well. The wonderful skill that I have obtained is the capability to have my students have interest in what I teach. The best achievement I have gained is pursuing this career. I'm in awe with the number of students who are determined to learn everyday.
Teaching Method(s)
I love incorporating interactive activities such as group discussions, role-plays, hands-on projects, and etc. I also use multimedia tools like videos, infographics, and online quizzes to make lessons more dynamic and relatable. I use a student-centered approach that focuses on active participation and continuous feedback. I also apply the “teach-back” method, where students explain what they have learned in their own words, ensuring deep understanding. I train students on effective study methods such as summarizing notes, creating mind maps, and using spaced repetition. I also guide them on exam techniques, including time management, identifying key question keywords, and practicing past papers. Additionally, I teach stress management strategies so they can perform confidently under exam conditions.
