Hi, you can call me Mira. I have completed a Bachelor of Science (Biology) and am currently awaiting formal graduation in November 2025. I gained practical experience during a 4-month internship at a diagnostic laboratory, where I also strengthened my communication and organizational skills. In addition, I have provided home tutoring for SPM-level Biology to students in my neighbourhood, which sparked my passion for teaching. I can teach primary school subjects, and for secondary school I focus mainly on Biology, while also being able to teach History, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. I am also able to teach sekolah agama subjects in preparation for UPKK and UPSRA exams.
Teaching Method(s)
My teaching method is adaptive to each student’s learning style, whether auditory, visual, or hands-on. I explain concepts in detail and at the student’s pace, then guide them in creating effective notes, summaries, and mind maps to make learning easier. My main strength is making science, especially Biology, easy to understand by breaking down complex concepts into simpler explanations. I also provide targeted exercises to identify weaker areas and focus more on improving them, while encouraging active participation and consistent practice.
