I am Cikgu Hurun, with teaching experience of almost 10 years. I started teaching when I was in my second year of undergraduate study. Despite my busy schedule, I made time to be a tutor due to my passion for teaching. Making my students understand what they have learned in school gives me satisfaction. Given my background in Chemical Engineering, I focus more on science and mathematics subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, Additional Mathematics and Modern Mathematics. However, I also accept lower secondary and primary students.

I mostly teach based on the student's level. For a weak student, I usually start with the basics and if needed I will go through basics from the previous year as well. I will also do a lot of exercises to enhance the student's understanding. Q & A during my class is highly recommended and any consultations regarding the student's homework (if needed more explanation) can also be discussed during my class. Other than that, I will try my best to relate the concepts learnt to the daily application in life to highlight the importance of those theories.
