A passionate and dedicated tutor with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Environmental Science. My approach is tailored for Primary and Secondary School students, focusing on the core subjects of Mathematics and Science.

I believe in cultivating curiosity. My core method is to guide students to answer the six fundamental questions—Why, What, When, Where, Who, and How—for every topic. This instills a deeper purpose for learning, transforming it from a chore for exams into a meaningful exploration of the world.

I bridge the gap between abstract concepts and tangible reality. I connect lesson material to things students can see, touch, hear, and relate to in their daily lives. This multi-sensory approach makes learning memorable, engaging, and relevant, turning Science and Math into living subjects rather than just pages in a textbook.

Ensuring Deep Understanding: The "Teach-Back" Technique
True understanding is demonstrated by the ability to explain it to others. My primary method for checking comprehension is having the student teach the concept back to me. This not only solidifies their knowledge but also builds confidence and public speaking skills, gently encouraging more introverted students to find their voice.

Strategy for Exam Success: Purposeful Practice
My exam strategy is built on the principle that "practice makes perfect." We focus on consistent, targeted practice of past papers and problem-solving. By mastering the "how" through diligent application, students realize that "nothing is hard in this world"—it is simply a matter of understanding the process and putting in the work. This builds both competence and a resilient, can-do attitude.
