Energetic and passionate Medical Bioscience student in Monash University. I find myself highly motivated with challenging tasks. I am very well versed with the IGCSE syllabus as I studied the same syllabus and my degree also heavily involves biology and chemistry. I work well alone but have a strong background in teamwork. My good sense of leadership has also allowed to me to take on such roles. I am friendly and am able to converse casually with students without making them feel stressed. When necessary, I am able to be stern to assure they have an understanding of what they are learning.
Teaching Method(s)
I teach using active recall method where I quiz and prepare worksheets for my students to answer. This allows them to apply their knowledge while also ensuring they remember the details of the topic. For IGCSE students, I put a lot of importance on doing past year papers to allow them to learn the answering technique and how examiners mark the papers.
