Salam. My name is Alya (25 years old) and I’m an experienced Chemistry tutor who believes that every student can excel with the right guidance.I’m a young lecturer with Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Queensland and a Diploma in Education from the University of Malaya as I was a KPM scholar. I make lessons interactive, easy to follow, and adapted to each student’s pace as I can blend well with young students. My teaching emphasizes understanding over memorization because for me when students master understanding, the results naturally follow.
Teaching Method(s)
My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts through relatable examples, visual aids, and interactive problem-solving. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit individual needs, making learning not only effective but enjoyable. My goal is to help students build confidence and curiosity in Chemistry while achieving academic excellence.
