I have experience teaching Computer Science to IGCSE Lower Secondary and Primary students (Grades 5 to 9), as well as Form 1 to 3 students under the KSSM syllabus. My background includes working in both the education and industry sectors, which allows me to connect academic concepts with real-world applications. I have also studied pedagogy, lesson planning, and student management at university level, equipping me with effective teaching strategies tailored to diverse learning needs.
Teaching Method(s)
My teaching approach is student-centered, engaging, and adapted to different learning styles and abilities. I incorporate visual learning through the use of textbooks, structured notes, diagrams, and PowerPoint slides to help students clearly understand key concepts. I also emphasize game-based learning, discussion-based and guided lecturing methods, and differentiate my teaching by adjusting the pace, complexity, and type of activities to cater to different proficiency levels. My goal is to create a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring new concepts, making mistakes, and improving continuously.
