About Me
I am currently a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) with Education student in Semester 7 at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). Prior to pursuing my degree, I completed a Diploma in Science (Mathematics) at the same university. My academic journey has strengthened my interest in mathematics education and inspired me to become a dedicated and effective mathematics educator.

I have gained approximately four years of teaching experience at tuition centres, where I have taught both primary and secondary school students. Through this experience, I have developed strong communication skills and the ability to explain mathematical concepts in ways that are easier for students to understand.

In addition, I have had the opportunity to gain exposure in the education sector, particularly in the Science and Mathematics division at Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sembilan. This experience allowed me to understand how educational policies and initiatives support teaching and learning in schools.

I am passionate about helping students develop confidence in mathematics and believe that every student has the potential to succeed when provided with the right guidance and learning environment. I am available to conduct online classes as well as physical classes, with face-to-face sessions limited to the Seremban area.
Teaching Method(s)
My teaching approach focuses on creating a student-centred learning environment where students are encouraged to actively participate in the learning process. I believe that mathematics should not only be about memorising formulas but also about understanding concepts and applying them to real-life situations.

I often use step-by-step explanations, examples, and guided practice to help students grasp difficult mathematical concepts. In addition, I incorporate questioning techniques and interactive discussions to encourage students to think critically and express their understanding.

To make learning more engaging, I also utilise technology and digital tools, such as presentations, online quizzes, and visual demonstrations, to enhance students’ interest in mathematics. This approach helps students visualise abstract mathematical ideas more clearly.

Furthermore, I emphasise continuous feedback and encouragement, as I believe that positive reinforcement can increase students’ confidence and motivation to learn mathematics.
