teaching approach focuses on understanding each student’s learning style and adapting lessons to suit their pace and ability. I emphasise building strong fundamentals in English through guided reading, vocabulary development, structured writing practice, and regular speaking activities.
I also use interactive methods such as discussions, role-play, and presentation exercises to help students build confidence in using the language. For competition preparation, I incorporate practice sessions, constructive feedback, and teamwork exercises to strengthen communication and performance skills.
My aim is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable participating, asking questions, and developing both their academic ability and confidence in English.
I have more than 17 years of working experience across different industries, which has helped me develop strong communication and people skills. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Education.

In the past, I have worked closely with SJK(T) students aged 10 and above, helping them strengthen their English language skills, confidence, and communication abilities. I focus on creating lessons that are engaging and tailored to each student’s learning style so that they not only understand the subject but also enjoy the learning process. One of my student groups recently achieved first place in the Negeri Sembilan State Choral Speaking Championship, which reflects the teamwork and confidence we work to build in class.

As a tutor, I believe in helping students grow not only academically but also as confident individuals who are comfortable expressing themselves.
