Allow me to share my point of view on the importance of education for the development and growth of young learners.

Each child has his own abilities, or maybe hidden ones that need to be discovered!
Children can be intrinsically motivated when they can act independently, believe that their efforts are worthwhile, and gain satisfaction from improving their skills.
Any behavior that is motivated by internal rewards is intrinsically motivated. Instead of the need for a reward or particular result, the motivation to engage in a behavior comes from within because the behavior itself provides satisfaction. It is very important that the child can reach his or her self-actualization.
Trust and respect are the keys.
It is advisable to have a class for at least 1 1/2 hours.

Teaching Method(s)
Let me share with you my standard methods of teaching for pre schoolers:

Playway Method
The play-way technique is adaptable and dependent on a child's ability and interests because it's impromptu, it promotes total freedom of expression.
It is an approach focused on activities.
Making learning enjoyable.
The youngster independently learns, unlearns, and relearns.

As each child develops according to his/her capabilities, it is important that we acknowledge basic principles so that they :
1) Feel heard and able to express their emotion during sensitive period.
2) Able to mentally prepared on cognition and movement challenges.
3) Communicate wants and needs.
4) Interested in problem solving and promotes critical thinking.
5) Being independent!
