About Me
I am Ahmad Fakhrul Bin Ismail, a mechanical engineering student at the National University of Malaysia (UKM), expecting to graduate in November 2025. My background includes a focus on engineering design, computer programming, and thermal engineering. I previously studied at Pahang Matriculation College and Sekolah Menengah Agama (Atas) Sultan Zainal Abidin Terengganu, where I learned Arabic and subjects like lughah, syariah, and usuluddin.

I have participated in notable projects such as the International Capstone Design Project (I-CAPS) 2024 and the Integrated Design Projects, where I developed solutions for preventing blocked drains and separating anchovies using AI. My inventions have earned multiple awards at international competitions.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I am involved in extracurricular activities, serving as President of Persatuan Mahasiswa Anak Terengganu (PERMATA) and as Club Monitor of the Mechanical Engineering Society Club (MEsty). I am proficient in various software tools and have volunteered in community service activities, demonstrating a balance of technical expertise and community involvement.

Teaching Method(s)
Given my preferences, an ideal teaching method for me involves a combination of face-to-face instruction and visual learning aids. Interactive lectures where I can engage directly with the material and the instructor are highly effective. I benefit greatly from visual aids like diagrams, charts, and videos, especially for understanding complex concepts in math and engineering. Practical demonstrations and hands-on activities help solidify my understanding by showing concepts in action. I enjoy mathematical problem-solving, so incorporating plenty of exercises and step-by-step problem-solving sessions would keep me engaged. Collaborative learning through group projects and study sessions enhances my understanding through discussion and teamwork. Integrating technology, such as simulations and interactive modules, provides additional visual learning opportunities. Regular feedback from instructors through face-to-face sessions allows for personalized guidance and support. This teaching approach maximizes my learning potential, especially in math and engineering.
