Excellent background in linguistics, academic writing, sociology-linguistics, digital media, and communication. Passion to be inspired by others to achieve and go beyond my current capabilities. Based on previous working experiences, has developed a strong knowledge of communication skills, public communication and, public speaking. Extensive participation during undergraduate on committees and extra-curricular activities. Scored high marks in the linguistics subject and also has great practical knowledge. Currently, I’m in a final year Master’s Degree in Social Sciences and Humanities (Linguistics).
Teaching Method(s)
I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students' homework for them.
