About Me
My name is Eswarei, and I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. I am currently a lecturer at SEGi University, where I specialize in teaching Business Statistics, Employment Law, Management, and Marketing. Although my academic background and professional experience are in business, I am also well-equipped to teach English, Mathematics, and Science at primary and secondary levels. My diverse skill set allows me to cater to a wide range of student needs and adapt my teaching style across different subjects.
Teaching Method(s)
My teaching approach is highly interactive and student-centered, focusing on practical applications and real-world examples. I incorporate diverse methods such as case studies, group discussions, and hands-on activities to engage students actively and cater to different learning styles. I also use online tools, like Mentimeter, to check students' understanding in real-time, and I encourage them to support their answers with journal articles and research. Additionally, I provide feedback on assessment drafts submitted two weeks in advance, allowing students to improve their work and develop critical thinking skills. For primary and secondary students, I adopt an engaging and adaptable teaching approach to meet varying learning needs and developmental stages. I use visual aids, interactive activities, and relatable examples to make complex concepts more accessible. I focus on building foundational skills in English, Mathematics, and Science through incremental learning, encouraging active participation and critical thinking. Additionally, I break down challenging topics into manageable parts, use real-life examples to make lessons relatable, and foster a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.
