I am an experience Salesperson who has managed all aspects of the Sales function from generating leads to price negotiation to payment collection and customer satisfaction. I spent the last 12 years in total developing my skills as a Salesperson for Air Asia and Top Glove. I loved working with customers and managing and growing my accounts. I stayed around 8 years here and learned tonnes about how to build and manage accounts successfully which I ended up becoming a top 10 performers for few months, grow my new converted customer and rank them up to be a top 3 customers for Top Glove and double the client base in my territory. By establishing good relationship with customer, I’m able to gather market intelligence information on competitor’s price and new product development too. As an assistant manager, I get a chance to develop people, supervise and provide professional coaching development to my team member. I really enjoy working in a team to settle any raised issues and improve the overall team performance.
Before that, I pursued a different industry in which I am excited about setting up own business. It is a family business actually. Being a young entrepreneur is quite challenging, to be honest. However, with my willingness to learn new things and have the ‘driven to succeed’ attitude, I could say that I had done my job pretty well. This is where I got to apply my learning and experience from University and Top Glove from hiring staff, stock take, create marketing tools, balance sheet etc. I had been at this laundromat industry and frozen food for 5 years.
Going forward, I am seeking for new opportunity in which I can share my skills, experience and passion with students to assist them excel in their exam as well as life
