Greetings from Teacher Auni! I am a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed English tutor passionate about teaching you the wonder of the English language.
As a TESL graduate from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, I am well-versed in the current CEFR curriculum so I would be able to help school students achieve excellent results in their examinations, as well as, their school assessments. My proven track record in tutoring has helped my students to get Band 5 or 6 in UASA and B+ and above in SPM.
I am also a C1 level English tutor who could assist adult and university learners to achieve their desired results in English certificates like MUET and APTIS. I am currently working as an English Language Teacher in a local university teaching undergraduates communicative English coursed aligned with CEFR.

Teaching Method(s)
1. I mostly teach my students how to analyse past-year exam papers and identify the keywords from questions to understand what the questions want.
2. For weak students, I usually focus on vocabulary building through games and media aids like picture games, crossword puzzles and post-lesson vocabulary reviews.
3. Sentence structure is taught by using base sentences and adding word items.
4. I give out specifically catered exercises in every lesson and discuss them with students in the next lesson so parents can see their progress in real-time.
5. Most of all, my teaching styles vary from one student to another but I believe in the importance of letting your mind rest, so I would make sure my students get a short break in between lessons by utilising educational games.
