About Me
I am a person quickly adjust to dynamic and fast-paced environments with a positive mindset. I
consistently go above beyond to achieve great results and seek new opportunities for improvement.
I am able to express ideas clearly and listen actively to my colleagues. I am also exposed in different
field since Pre-University. On top of that, I received compliments while working as customer service
executive in Maybank. During my journey of gaining work experienced, I had involved in different
environment from F&B, telecommunication, educations to banking industries.
Currently, I am engaged as an analyst in transaction monitoring at Maybank, where my job involves
monitoring customer accounts involved in any anti-money laundering activities. At the same time, I
am pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Development from the University Putra Malaysia (UPM) as a
part-time student, and already in semester 04. My years of working in a team environment, strong competitive nature, as
well as my success in leadership, are also qualities that I bring to my career, and I have proven that I
am passionate about what I do as well as dedicated. During my Master’s degree, I worked as a part￾time tutor at the University of Malaya, teaching business ethics and management subjects to undergraduate students in the Faculty of Economics and Management. I am extremely passionate about the work in this profession and would be ecstatic to share my skills and experiences with all student who driven for success

Teaching Method(s)

Educational apps, interactive simulations, and multimedia presentations can make lessons more engaging and relevant to today's tech-savvy students. Real-world Connections: Relate academic concepts to real-world examples and applications. Demonstrating the practical relevance of the material can enhance students' understanding and motivation. Socratic Questioning: Encourage critical thinking by asking open-ended questions that prompt students to analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information. This helps develop their problem-solving skills and promotes a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Collaborative Learning: Foster a collaborative learning environment where students work together on projects and share their ideas. This not only promotes teamwork but also allows students to learn from each other. Formative Assessment: Use ongoing assessments, quizzes, and feedback to gauge students' understanding of the material. This helps both teachers and students identify areas that need further attention and improvement. Inquiry-Based Learning: Encourage students to ask questions, explore topics independently, and develop their own understanding through research and investigation. This approach promotes curiosity and a sense of ownership over the learning process.
