Hi, my name is Teacher Aisyah. In my teaching journey, I've spent four months as a practical teacher, specializing in Invention (Reka Cipta) and Design and Technology (Reka Bentuk dan Teknologi) at a secondary school. Additionally, I've assisted my nieces with Mathematics during their primary school years. With a gentle and well-mannered approach, I create a comfortable environment for students to ask questions freely. My academic journey at UPSI, coupled with practical teaching, equips me to employ varied techniques tailored to students' academic levels. In preparation of each class, I carefully plan what I will teach because this is what I have learned through my university and teaching experiences. I like to kick off classes with interesting elements like storytelling, videos, or photos to spark curiosity and encourage student to anticipate the day's lessons. Throughout the teaching and learning process, I actively ask questions to check understanding and keep students engaged, smoothly moving from one subtopic to the next. I make learning fun with interactive activities such as drawing, online quizzes, and presentations. To encourage participation, I reward students with small gifts like candies, aiming to boost their motivation.
