Hello, Teacher Anis here. I am a graduate from Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG), majoring Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL)). I have been teaching in multiple primary schools in Kedah for the past 4 years. English is my major subject however I do have experience in teaching Bahasa Melayu in the past. My cheerful demeanor and love for teaching has indeed encouraged me to pursue this field. Your children may not have the proper English language environment at home or even at school, hence my top priority is making your child be comfortable and confident in the second language.
Teaching Method(s)
From low to high proficiency children, I can adapt my teaching to fit their needs. I utilise various methods to ensure learners comprehend the material taught such as Active Learning Techniques and Real-World Application. My classes are engaging while being effective in improving learners’ language proficiency as I adhere to the current educational framework. Making sure learners are comfortable and confident communicating the second language is my goal. This is a safe space and stress-free learning experience for your children. :)
