Online tutoring has been a norm these days. Innovative technology has helped a lot in teaching and learning process in 21st century learning. As avantgarde teacher, I love to introduce new methods, styles of teaching to suit my pupils' needs. Pupils would rather love diverse learning method than common teaching style. I incorporate more interactive materials to make my class interesting. Learning is a life-long process, the aim of learning is indeed important.
