I am a passionate educator with a strong foundation in teaching English, alongside proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Sejarah, and Mathematics for primary and lower secondary students. My experience as a replacement teacher for Form 1 and Form 2 History has allowed me to cultivate a creative and dynamic approach to lesson planning, fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

I have experience teaching remedial students reading and counting at Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Panglima. Within a month, my students showed significant improvement; they can recognize the alphabet, and syllable sounds, and understand basic addition and subtraction.

I am adept at integrating digital tools to enhance learning experiences, aligning my teaching methods with the demands of 21st-century education. Additionally, I have authored two bilingual essay books containing 120 essays, which are utilized in the Beautiful Programme at SK Taman Panglima Taiping.

My ultimate goal is to inspire students to master English and core subjects while developing critical thinking and communication skills essential for their future success.

I employ a diverse and interactive approach to teaching that focuses on student engagement, personalized learning, and the integration of technology. One key strategy I use is incorporating online learning tools like Quizizz and Kahoot, which make lessons more interactive and enjoyable while enhancing student participation and understanding.

A cornerstone of my teaching practice is the integration of technology in the classroom. For example, I created the HIP Corner Program and “The Wizard of Vocabularies” board to make vocabulary learning more exciting. Additionally, I have developed educational animations and interactive games using PowerPoint, catering to various learning styles to ensure all students are engaged.

I am also committed to personalized learning, especially for remedial students. In my time as a replacement teacher, I developed effective reading techniques and created the ABC Writing Module and Reading Cards to support students in mastering the alphabet and syllable sounds. I also authored a book titled "Mari Membaca" to help improve students' literacy skills.

Collaboration and creativity are central to my approach. I organized an Online Storytelling Competition for Level 2 students, promoting creativity and engagingly improving language skills. This helps students not only express themselves but also strengthens their communication and critical thinking abilities.

My lessons are structured with pre-lesson, lesson development, and post-lesson activities. This ensures that students know what to expect, guides them through the lesson, and provides opportunities for reflection and reinforcement. I incorporate interactive activities like group exercises, quizzes, and games to reinforce key concepts, particularly grammar rules. I also use rewards to motivate students, creating a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that fosters learning.

Understanding that every student learns at their own pace, I adapt my lessons to meet their individual needs, offering additional support or more challenging tasks based on their progress.
