I am an enthusiastic and dedicated English educator with a passion for language, literature, and empowering students to achieve their full potential. With an ongoing Masters degree in English and a teaching certification, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the English language and effective teaching methodologies. My five years of experience in diverse educational settings have honed my ability to create engaging, student-centered learning environments that cater to various learning styles and needs. My main concern is on how English grades has been lowered to the point of little to no quality thus affecting student's overall English proficiency. As a teacher with 4 years of experience, I intend to help my student to speak, write and think critically in English. In my classroom, students are encouraged to think critically and creatively. I use literature and writing assignments to challenge them to analyze, interpret, and express their ideas in innovative ways. This not only improves their English skills but also prepares them for future academic and professional endeavors. Academically, I believe that every child is unique, and I tailor my teaching to meet the individual needs of each student. By assessing their strengths, weaknesses, and interests, I create customized lesson plans that ensure every student can succeed and feel confident in their abilities. Additionally, reading is a cornerstone of language learning. I introduce students to a wide range of literature, from classic novels to contemporary works, and encourage them to explore different genres.
