As a tutor, I am committed to encouraging a passion of learning and advancing student performance. I provide individualized advice to help students succeed because I am knowledgeable in engineering-related subjects such as mathematics. I aim to encourage in each student I mentor a true enjoyment of learning and a sense of confidence by creating a supportive environment. I have a really easygoing personality and get along well with my students. I'll also assist them with planning their studies, understanding, and review routine for the subjects they have learned in class. Thus, it will guarantee that the information will not get quickly forgotten. I may resulting in extract excellence from them!Teaching Method(s)
In my class, instead of being extremely strict with my students, I would rather use entertaining methods in my classes. As a young tutor, i am adapt with their new type of learning Therefore, by using this strategy, the students will be engaged and able to concentrate in class. In order to enhance the students' concentration and reinforce their good behaviors, I will also award rewards to those who perform well in class. However, to keep them well behave, there will be penalty for them so they will not keep repeating the same mistakes. I will make sure there will be no different in treatment for those who are perform well and those who are still struggle to learn. Hence, it can assist me in motivating the student to keep striving for excellence.Subject
