I’m Miss Aqilah, a dedicated Chemistry and Science teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience (since 2019) across both primary and secondary levels. Throughout my career, I’ve guided a diverse range of students from various backgrounds and academic abilities. With strong expertise in chemistry experiments and applications, I’ve successfully helped many students improve their grades — from C+/B to A, and from failing to at least a B-. I firmly believe that every student has the potential to succeed with the right approach and consistent encouragement.

I apply a "teach and do" approach, where each subtopic is immediately followed by practice to reinforce understanding. I provide concise notes, engage in two-way communication to assess students' comprehension, and offer multiple explanations tailored to different learning styles. To help students score higher, I emphasize practice with real exam questions, higher-order thinking (HOTS) techniques, and strategies to identify keywords in questions accurately.
