About Me

My name is Rashidah. I'm 41 years old. I'm working at one of the private University in Seri Iskandar as an IT Executive. I'm doing part time teaching Mathematics for both primary and secondary school. I also teaching Additional Math. I have experience more than 5 years teaching the subjects at few tuition center. During the pandemic, I did experienced teaching online. Previously I worked at Sunway University as Educational Technologist and I handle the operation of online study for accounting courses. The knowledge and experience that I gain from my previous work, has help me in my part time teaching career.

Teaching Method(s)

For face to face, normally I will teach my students based on the syllabus from school. I always ask my students to get information on which topics they are currently learn at school. I also provide extra exercise to my students which they required to return back to me on the next class. I will give them the feedback on their exercise.

For online mode, I did teach using computer and writing pad so that I can write and share the mathematics solution to my students. I'm using Google Meet and sometime, I use MS Teams. I also did download the calculator simulator so that I can demonstrate how to use the calculator to solve the questions. I also did share notes and exercise in PDF format. Student need to share with me their answer by snap the picture or scan.
