Join Tutor Training

Participate in weekly expert-led training sessions and seminars to help you gain insights into the world of education, classroom management, and essential tutoring guidelines.

Start Teaching

After your profile is 100% completed, you can start applying for available classes in the system or wait for parents to select you as their tutor.

Submit Reports & Redeem Commission

You need to update MyTrack after each class ends. Once all agreed sessions are completed, you can redeem your commision, which will be received within 5 working days.

Mengapa tutor perlu melampirkan salinan kad pengenalan berpalang?
Merujuk kepada Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA) Akta 709 Malaysia, pihak syarikat perlu mengumpul data dan maklumat peribadi ibu bapa dan tutor (PDPA) sebagai bahan yang mengikat (bind) dan juga sebagai langkah keselamatan. Semua maklumat peribadi yang diberikan akan dirahsiakan dan hanya diguna pakai oleh pihak syarikat serta tidak akan didedahkan kepada mana-mana pihak berkepentingan. Rujuk maklumat penuh PDPA. (https://www.malaysia.gov.my/portal/content/654) Kesimpulannya, salinan kad pengenalan disimpan atas suruhan kerajaan.
Berapakah komisen yang tutor akan terima?
Komisen berbeza bagi setiap kelas tuisyen. Komisen ini ditetapkan oleh ibu bapa yang telah memilih pakej yang disediakan. Maklumat berkenaan komisen tutor dipapar pada setiap permohonan kelas dan komisen tersebut 100% milik tutor. Tutor diminta memeriksa semua maklumat berkenaan kelas termasuklah jumlah komisen yang bakal diterima.
Adakah kelas dijalankan secara dalam talian atau bersemuka?
Tutor boleh memilih kelas sama ada secara dalam talian mahupun bersemuka. Jika tutor ingin memohon kelas yang tersedia, tutor boleh memeriksa jenis kelas yang ditetapkan oleh ibu bapa.
Kelas akan berlangsung pada hari bekerja atau hari minggu?
Kelas boleh berlangsung pada hari minggu dan hari bekerja bergantung kepada permintaan ibu bapa. Tutor juga boleh memberikan mengemaskini profil bagi bahagian hari dan masa mengikut kekosongan jadual Tutor.
Apakah yang akan berlaku jika tutor gagal untuk hadir bagi kelas pertama?
Ibu bapa boleh melakukan rundingan semula tarikh kelas pertama atau terus menamatkan kelas tersebut serta memberikan penilaian dan maklum balas. Penilaian dan maklum balas ini akan dipaparkan di profil tutor. Tutor juga akan dikenakan demerit dan tidak boleh memohon kelas baharu selama satu (1) bulan.
