About Me

I am known as Teacher Izzah. Having worked as a primary school English teacher for two years, I am committed to fostering my kids' love of the language. Every day, I establish a welcoming classroom where every pupil feels appreciated and inspired to do well. I teach English, which is my favorite topic, through exciting activities and interactive sessions. English is more than just courses; it's a gateway to critical thinking and successful communication. I modify my strategy to meet their developmental needs, striking a balance between creativity and organized learning. Beyond academics, I want to create a caring and patient learning environment in my classroom where pupils feel free to express themselves. As I develop professionally, I'm dedicated to improving my methods of instruction and igniting in my students a lifetime love of language and learning.

Teaching Method(s)

I use a variety of methods that are suited to the learning styles of my primary school students in order to improve their language skills when I teach them English. Thus, interactive techniques like role-playing and group discussions increase confidence in English communication and improve verbal fluency. I use multimedia resources like podcasts, interactive websites, and age-appropriate films to successfully engage both visual and auditory learners, making sure that lessons are lively and interesting. Regular writing tasks, such as essays, journaling, and creative prompts, help pupils develop their linguistic and critical thinking abilities at an early age. Learning new words and grammar rules may be entertaining and memorable when done through vocabulary games and language exercises. Additionally, group projects and pair work also foster teamwork and increase peer learning in a classroom environment. These methods not only improve comprehension and retention but also ignite a genuine enthusiasm for learning and effectively using the English language among primary students.
