About Me

Hello! My name is Salvinder, and I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. I hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Unitar International University and a Bachelors in Business Administration from UCSI University where I developed a strong foundation in various business disciplines.

Despite now having an educational background, I have a deep passion for education and a knack for making complex concepts accessible. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have often helped friends and colleagues understand challenging material by applying my tutoring skills which has honed my ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.

My approach to tutoring is personalized and emphasizes two-way teaching. I focus on identifying students' strengths and areas for improvement, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Allowing students to learn through teaching encourages active participation and fosters a deeper understanding of the material. I believe in encouraging questions and facilitating an interactive learning experience.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I am patient, approachable, and dedicated to helping my students succeed. Teaching Method(s)

My teaching method is based on a key component method - two-way teaching, where students explain concepts back to me, reinforcing their understanding and building confidence. I provide consistent, constructive feedback and adapt my teaching methods based on ongoing assessments and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. I also strive to create a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable sharing their difficulties and successes, offering encouragement and motivation to build their confidence and keep them engaged in their learning journey. It's not just about the subject, it's about the STUDENT!
