I am applying Student Centered and active learning techniques where student must answer my questions and be active.Active learning is an instructional approach in which students actively participate in the learning process, as opposed to sitting quietly and listening. Active learning builds on constructivist learning theory, which posits that people learn by by connecting new ideas and experiences to what they already know.
I believe this teaching approach will help my students develop their knowledge, improve learning process and reduce failure rates.
