Referring to the above matter, my name is Nurul Amieza Binti Sazali and I am 26 years old. For your information, I am a degree holder in Bachelor of Social Science with Honors (History) in Universiti Malaysia Sabah. During study, I have organized and implemented events. An event ranges from a small intimate program to a large-scale activity. My experience not only includes managing events, but also includes technical skills interested in organization, leadership, punctuality, teamwork, and everything in between, including communication skills. I have almost 6 years of work experience in various fields. Currently, I am working in an organization at the State Record Repository, Pustaka Negeri Sarawak. My field of work is related to the depository management sector which is the archive management sector. The scope of the tasks I do are such as providing data and statistics, providing descriptions of archival materials, assisting in the processing of microfilms according to the set schedule. I also prepare a report every week to the supervisor or Assistant Librarian as well as do scanning work on archival materials for the files that are over 25 years old and upload them into the Archive Records Management System. I have been a history fan since I was a kid, and getting my bachelor’s degree in this subject did not reduce my enthusiasm, so the main reason I teach is because I enjoy educating children about people, social features, and events that existed in the past through a method that aims to have a real-world significance. I believe there are many important lessons we can learn from history, and I want to try to help children understand them, consider them during their daily activities, and avoid repeating them in the future. Inspiring young people to develop the interest in acquiring knowledge that seems to be hidden in the past, which is what makes me passionate about history, is another major reason for wanting to be a teacher. Not only that, my father is a teacher and he inspired me to become an educator. That is the reason why i want to get involve in this field which is tutor.
