-An Education graduate (TESL) with executive level experience in the financial industry, currently pursuing career in public equity field. Possess experience in teaching primary school in Sekolah Kebangsaan Sri Subang Jaya SS13 as an English teacher for year 2, 3 & 4. My profession as a school teacher with the following activity:- 1) Produce daily lesson plans with suitable pedagogy (module) - KSSR format, Bloom's Taxonomy 2) Conduct classroom discussions and activities - Classroom Management with student-centered, direct and repetitive approach 3) Administer and grade tests, assign and review homework and complete individual student assessments. 4) Assist and arrange parent-teacher conferences and meetings to discuss student progress, supervise and participate after-school activities, attend staff meetings, and participate in professional development programs to keep abreast of the latest teaching methods and practices. -A local community English teacher with a strong personality who ensures students can communicate fluently in English in confident, formal, and informal situations. Personal values, faith, intellectual growth, and education all played important roles in students' second language development. The teacher believes that English communication is more than just a subject; it is a way of life that can help students develop a strong character and a rewarding career in the future.

Teknik Pengajaran

-The teacher provides a Direct Method technique in teaching language to establish experience and expression, words and phrases, idioms and meanings, rules and performances through the teachers' body and mental skills, with or without any help of the learners' mother tongue.
-Intensive repetition technique to ensure students are able to recognize the correct pronunciation.
-Improve students confidence by providing them chance to practice speaking with their classmates according to the activity module.
-Allowing students to speak and discuss intelligently with the correct information in any relevant topics.
